This family in Columbus wanted an efficient home with little wasted space for a family of six. Important features were open living space, large kitchen and living room, grand entrance, separate bedrooms, and lots of windows. They described this general concept to Chuck, who drafted a layout in the first week, and within a month, their unique custom home was designed. They appreciated the attention to detail and the immediate resolution of questions in the build process.
